In the event that an item, part or component is found to be damaged or faulty please complete all of the details required on the downloadable form below and email it to alison_santoni@sarclad.com. Please make sure that contact details are provided.
Note: Please do not send any items until a response has been received from Sarclad Limited advising the appropriate action to be taken.
If an item requires returning please also attached a copy of the completed returns document with the goods to assist in processing the issue.
